All furniture is received, unpacked, and inspected by our experienced receiving team. We perform specification checks on all incoming items so all damages and manufacturers’ imperfections are noted, photographed and documented in digital format for immediate correction and claim filing.

Additionally, we house a team of highly skilled craftsmen who have the ability to repair, refinish, or upholster pieces to meet your desired specifications. Professional guidance is offered by the lead repair specialist who holds a design degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. 

Our digital processing system provides same day processing which includes photographs and condition reports from the convenience of your computer or smart phone by way of PDF format and can be shared for real time viewing through a cloud based data system.
